The Estonian Scientific Computing Infrastructure (ETAIS) is a nationwide e-infrastructure that combines computers, data storage devices, network solutions, software and support services. It also includes server rooms with the necessary power and cooling system and provides technical support to users.
ETAIS provides cloud services, high-performance computing (HPC), hosting and management of scientific web applications and resources for data repositories. ETAIS also provides access to Europe’s fastest supercomputer, LUMI, located in Finland.

ETAIS services are intended for research and development institutions and science-based companies. ETAIS serves nine roadmap objects, including the Language Data Research Infrastructure (KeTa), ELIXIR Estonia, the Estonian Genomics Center, and the National Center for Translational Medicine and Clinical Research (RSKTK). Public sector users can use ETAIS services via the State Cloud.
The ETAIS consortium partners are the University of Tartu, Tallinn University of Technology, the Institute of Chemical and Biological Physics, and the Ministry of Education and Research.
